I'm also in a pretty similar situation with a full ride to UTD and Rice with no money. I dont know georgetown as well but its ranking is similar to Rice and I'm sure is also a strong regional school. Rice tuition is expensive too at $110k. I guess whether you'd have to move and cost of living could be additional factors as well. In favor of Georgetown I'd say that I do know the school usually ranks top 25, but I probably wouldn't know UTD if i wasn't from Dallas. Whether or not that matters to companies and recruiters for your industry is something that I don't know.

UTD career staff have treated me very well, though as with many schools I think it's up to you to find that first job. It's a hard choice, best of luck!
