While It is not always correct that good MBA has powerful MSc or undergrad program, I will assume that happens because you will choose among the above list. I will rule out John Hopkins.
I had a look for Kellogg and Duke. The courses are almost the same. Both declare strong employers. Duke presents full employer list of consulting firms such as Accenture and Deloitte and Mckinsey. On the other hand, Kellogg presents sample which contains Accenture, Deloitte and others but no sign for Bain, BCG or Mckinsey. So you need to ask career office for other employers as I think other consulting firms recruit there.
However, I'm leaning towards Kellogg for important reason which is that you can pair you MSMS with full-time one year program. This means that you can get MBA faster and return to job market quickly and you won't duplicate your study with 2-year traditional MBA program. But It is not clear whether you must pair MBA directly after finishing MSMS or you can wait for some time, get experience and return for MBA. You need to ask admission office about all details of this advantage.
