1. Triple Jump (change industry, country and position)
2. Preference: MBB(management consulting/strategy and Toronto)
Background:
1. International Student
2. IT/Chemistry Industry
Rotman:
1. 2 years MBA (3 y. working visa).
2. UoT is the most "famous" uni outside Canada
3. Seems like MBB doesn't recruit often here
Schulich
1. Cheaper

1. Looks like MBB recruits from here

I guess you really want to go to Canada - these schools are not ideal for your career goals and situation. In either event, MBB in Canada out of any of these will be extremely difficult and I would strongly reccomend thinking about your career goals and 'fallback plan' more, then picking a school which accomodates that plan as well. The Toronto MBB offices are small. There are plenty of Canadians returning from the likes of H/S/W/B/K/CBS/T/MIT/INSEAD etc. who would have the edge over candidates with a Canadian MBA, likely have connections, etc., so picking the school with more swing with a Deloitte/Accenture/OW/ATK is probably a good idea.
Anyway:
Schulich is significantly worse than Ivey and Rotman, and I've heard they don't interview 100% of the candidates. Hopefully that practice has changed, but either way, it is cheaper but not worth your dollars.
Rotman is ideal for your work visa situation but MBB out of Rotman is hard. Its ranked well because of its proximity to Toronto and while the program quality is considered high, it does have some oddities...e.g. the 'la senza rumor. Either way, Rotman is a big brand in Toronto and opens doors (predominately in banking and finance).
Ivey again is a big brand in Toronto despite being in London ON. The program is great for 'ticking the MBA box' for already successful candidates, but career changers might find the lack of internship to be a bit of a sorepoint. Either way I think its the highest quality of the 3 but that Rotman would be better in terms of having an internship.

Getting into MBB anywhere is competitive. Going to Harvard or INSEAD won't suffice to secure that gig at MBB firms as competition will be fierce among brilliant minds. One aspect you need to consider is how well suited are you for the consulting industry and how serious are you in prepping up and learning frameworks...etc. And then comes LUCK which is a factor at the end of the road just before you ink your name on the contract. Second important aspect to consider is the b-school relationship with MBB firms. The employment reports and alumni are a good start to understand why applicants from this b-school are favored over the other applicants.
My suggestion is to get in touch with alumni who work at the consulting firms of interest and familiarize yourself with what they had to go thru to secure the job.
I believe IVEY and Rotman are great schools for candidates who want to stay in Canada. UoT is well known overseas. I don't know much about Schulich and would avoid if you are admitted to IVEY or Rotman.
BTW, have you considered Desautels FOM - McGill? It's a good brand here in Canada and overseas.
