Hi .. I got admits from both Marshall (USC) with no $$ in their FTMBA program as well as from BU with 90% $$ into the MBA+MSDi program. Which should I choose?

I went to Marshall as an undergrad and i'm a huge homer but there is no question that I would take BU @ 90% over Marshall. Similarly ranked programs, both great cities but you will graduate with little debt at BU. To be honest, with your stats I would aim higher than either of those two.

What are your post MBA goals? (Job? Industry? Location?)
How will you be financing your degree? (Debt? Savings? Sponsored?)
Do you *have* to choose between these two programs? Why not wait a year?
Unless your answers to the above questions very specifically direct you to Marshall (e.g. you only want to work in consulting, in LA, at a non-MBB firm, and your degree will not be funded by loans), then I would definitely follow the money to BU (as socalmbahopeful also suggested).
You should also consider if waiting another year is the best option. Depending on your goals, maybe a different program altogether would be better for you. Your stats suggest you have a fighting chance of being considered for admission just about anywhere.
