Hi all,
I am an international student(Indian) with a tech background and planning to move into tech management post MBA.
I have few admits but I would quote only the significant ones - the ones I am seriously considering.
1) Krannert School of Management , Purdue University + 23% scholarship
2) Cox School of Business, SMU + 55% scholarship + STEM designated program if one takes Business Analytics as major
I am leaning towards Cox because of the STEM designation(as an international student it really is a bonus), location and the percentage of scholarship. Krannert has the advantage of Purdue brand but then its location (West Lafayette, Indiana) is not comparable to Dallas,Texas(SMU).
All opinions and feedbacks are welcome , so that I can take an informed decision.

I do not see Purdue sends you to tech management. If you target supply chain, then I would say go. Also the scholarship is not that much attractive. Moreover, I encourage you to take BA. Employers like now STEM programs and ask for it. My friend in Kellogg faced same question about STEM. I know that Kelley will add online curses in BA to make STEM but not confirmed yet. So STEM is on the up-rise.
My vote is to SMU-Cox

Not sure about job placement but the benefit of a longer OPT period comes with STEM is huge. If you did not win the H1b lottery the first time, it would give you extra chances in the next two years.
