Hello Everyone
Need your expert inputs in making decision to choose Alberta (Edmonton) or Haskayne (Calgary) ?
From current research,
Alberta is better ranked and more prestigious but it’s located in Edmonton where Job and networking opportunities are very limited.
Haskayne seems a new program but doesn’t reflect in any rankings or not sure about its prestige compared to Alberta, but’s it’s located in Calgary which has better job opportunities and few gave feedback it might be easier to network with people in companies in Calgary. But also got feedback that it’s executive/evening program are more known or preferred compared to regular MBA.
I am still waiting Sauder and Beedie feedback.
Sauder - I am not too confident but will wait for results and most probably will prefer it over all options but definitely open to feedback from others
Beedie - Again with current research and reading online, people have recommended Haskayne and Alberta over it, but open to feedback if I get offer later.
Should I consider college prestige/ ranking over city or city is really important ? I am from IT consulting background with approx 10yrs experience
Please let me know your valuable feedback which can help me further in deciding.

I think it makes more sense to go with the better College name. It is going to stay with you forever. Cities are temporary.
