Congratulations on scoring admits to three great schools! I'm matriculating at Haas, so feel free to take my opinion with a pinch of salt.
In terms of community, it looks like all three schools are a potential culture fit for you. I can only speak accurately about Haas. It's a wonderful community, and I've found everyone to be extremely smart yet humble and fun. But everyone's heard about Tuck's tight-knit community, and it looks like you've had a great experience with the Darden community as well.
I think Darden is the strongest program for consulting recruitment with a slight edge over Tuck and a considerable edge over Haas.
Haas is the clear winner in terms of cleantech/sustainability. There's a cleantech concentration, the overall curriculum emphasizes sustainable business practices, several extracurricular resources (Patagonia Case Competition, DOW Sustainability Innovation Challenge, connections to Levi's, and cleantech club), and many students interested in going into these industries self-select to Haas. Haas' location offers an advantage if you want to explore cleantech startups or VCs.
In terms of ROI, Darden is the obvious choice and a no-brainer.
Full ride into a high-caliber program where you see a potential culture fit and best possible opportunities for your post-MBA goals sounds like the right way to go here - my vote goes to Darden.
