Stanford MSx is a full-time 1-year MBA program for mid-career professionals / executives. The program is completely based out of US (Palo Alto Campus), allows for a student visa and STEM OPT extension afterwards. Same with MIT Sloan Fellows. There is a third such program at the London Business School. If your aspiration is to work in the US and grow a US network, the first 2 programs are highly recommended. You would have visa sponsorship as well. Also, bb hits the nail with regards to the location and opportunities in his post.

W.R.T Booth Exec MBA vs Columbia Exec MBA, as I understand, the Booth brand is more prestigious but Columbia has an advantage with a longer duration in the US. This additional time in the US will be highly beneficial because you have to network hard and really pull all your levers. If you are interested in these programs, please talk to some alums who have made similar transitions. They will be the best people to advice in terms of opportunities and direction. Also, the visa situation is pretty grim in the US even with a network and programs with no US visa sponsorship might not aid you too much in securing a job in the US. Please research this side thoroughly as well.

Finally, the Booth London campus seems to be recently opened and the program itself might not have a deep-rooted network. All the best.
