Congratulations ! Your choice should align with your long-term career goals, preferred location, and networking opportunities. If your focus is strong career prospects in finance/FinTech, Warwick and Rochester Simon stand out due to their global recognition and placement strength. If you aim for Europe, Warwick has solid connections, while NOVA SBE is rising in reputation.

If you have a clear preference for a region or specific career path, choosing a school with strong local industry ties will maximize your opportunities.

Honestly speaking, none of these universities is exactly a "top" university. They are strictly Tier 2 in my opinion. Now I'm not sure about your exact situation and maybe it is that you have to necessarily go for a Master's right now.

But if you can wait, then I'd suggest taking the GMAT, getting some relevant work ex and then applying to a better set of schools, either for a similar program or even an MBA. That would be the better career decision.

The finance market is anyway difficult to break into, and I'm not sure how much a degree from any of these schools will improve your prospects.
