GMAT FE 725, 7 YEARS INDIAN ENERGY PSU WORK EX. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES?

Question

I have an experience of 7 years Work ex in Top Indian Energy PSU and have a GMAT Focus of 725. All the academic grades are high but not from IIT/NIT. I do not have any substantial Extra curricular activity record. What are my chances of admit?

Well done on the GMAT. Some further details can help assess your profile better. For example: 1. What functions/ domains have you worked in? Were there promotion(s)? 2. Which college was your undergrad from? 3. Are there any activities have you been involved in besides work/ acads? International exposure is valued by schools such as INSEAD. Having said that, a common mistake I see applicants make is restricting this angle to 'in-person work abroad'. While this would be great, international exposure can also include other angles such as working with remote teams, attending conferences, traveling abroad, etc. Hope this helps a bit. Having said the above, INSEAD has a strong preference for either international exposure or entrepreneurial experience; hence, you must apply to INSEAD only if you have either of two.
