Hey! Your acads are great and GMAT score is pretty good as well. Your work experience reminds me of a candidate from last year who was also a backend developer and eventually made it to ISB. You will have to put in some real work to highlight the key initiatives or leadership roles where you made significant impact (whether big or small, it all depends on how well you are able to portray it). You will have to be clear & crisp about your post MBA goals and how ISB will help you in achieving them. The pool you represent (software development) is huge and there will be stiff competition, so you will have to come up with some good stories from your work experience and extracurriculars. Thus, will need to understand in detail about your roles and responsibilities to provide a thorough evaluation. Good thing is that your acads and GMAT will give you a bit of edge.

The school level extracurriculars are a bit dated and won't be that helpful, but your NGO experience can certainly come in handy (especially for essay 1).

i) Your college name

ii) Your branch in college

iii) Your professional goals (reason for MBA)

So, looks like your reason for posting, is to primarily assess whether your GMAT score is decent. Indeed, 720 is a decent score.

Now, the entire focus should be on crafting a powerful application.

  Professional Growth:  Elaborate on any career progression or promotions within Accenture. This will show your potential for growth and how you have taken on increasing responsibilities over time. 
  Quantifiable Achievements:  Provide metrics and quantifiable achievements in your professional and extracurricular activities. For example, mention how many people your NGO has helped, the success of projects you led at Accenture, or specific improvements you made as Joint Secretary of the adventure club. 
  MBA Motivation:  Clearly articulate why you want to pursue an MBA at this stage in your career. Explain how it aligns with your professional goals and how ISB’s program specifically will help you achieve these goals. 
  Current Leadership Activities:  Since some of your leadership experiences are from school and college, emphasize any recent leadership roles or initiatives you have taken up in your professional life or through continued involvement with the NGO.

@employeee123 - some thoughts and clarifications: 1. The GMAT composite and Accenture brand are good angles. What's your undergrad college and sectional split of GMAT? 2. Have there been promotions in your roles, and are there any other strengths e.g. leading teams, international exposure, domain expertise, etc.? 3. For Extracurriculars, recency and consistency are key, and quality trumps quantity. Have there been any ECA's since undergrad? 4. Hey guys, looking for a profile evaluation and seek advice.

Reapplicant. Applied through EEO last time in R2. Got rejected post interview.

GMAT Classic Score: 760 (Q49, V46)
12th: 84%
10th: 93%

Pursued Computer Engineering from DTU- 2022 graduate.

Have been working as a Technological Risk Consultant (Data Scientist) at PwC India for 2+ years (32 months at the time of ISB joining as mentioned in the ISB application.

Extra-curriculars:
NDA Admit 2018, multiple time National Tennis Champion, AIESEC member, used to work for an NGO, Research Paper publications, play other sports (football, golf, chess), play the keyboard

^All of this is mentioned in some shape or form in the application.

Ps: I've recently received an offer from BCG, but I haven't mentioned that in my application, and not sure if I should bring it up in my interview (hopeful)

As for the BCG role (Data Analyst), that aligns with my future goals as mentioned in my essays. My concern with mentioning BCG in the interview is that I hope they don't think that if I'm joining the company this late, I might be try to get my admission deferred, and thus have an asterisk put against my candidature.
At the same time, BCG carries a lot of brand value and might help with my candidature.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Since you have only received an offer from BCG (and, not actually started working), it would be ok to skip talking about BCG; generally, switching jobs so close to the application deadline comes with a certain amount of scrutiny and a few questions marks.

You have a great GMAT score and a number of fine talking points in your profile; it would be best to just focus on your need for PGP and what you intend to do after.
