~7 years in Government Oil and Gas company (Currently working)
Field Operations: Managed a team of 20, overseeing daily data acquisition and consistently exceeding targets.
Project Work: Led initiatives to revive old non flowing wells enhancing oil recovery. Automating several daily tasks, significantly improving efficiency and resource management.
Work Achievements:
Received group awards for work excellence.
National runner-up and regional winner in company-wide managerial games.

Extra Curricular Activities:
Organized Cleanliness drive, Inter departmental Sports within the company.
Volunteered teaching underprivileged school children during undergraduate studies.
Taught Mathematics to Class 12 students from underprivileged backgrounds, aiding their admission to Tier II B.Tech colleges.

Need genuine review and feedback on chances for admission in ISB.

Do I get it correct that you have 9 years of work experience?

GMAT score is obviously exceptional, but you have not mentioned anything about your post-MBA goals. That needs some brainstorming, since yours has largely been a purely technical profile.

I graduated in Petroleum Engineering from ISM Dhanbad (Now IIT (ISM) Dhanbad).
Yes total 9 years of experience.
Regarding post MBA goals, frankly speaking primarily I am facing job stagnation. I want to move on to more challenging leadership roles (if that makes sense).

Job stagnation, greater salary, greener pastures do not work for a professional goal; "challenging leadership role" comes across as too generic . Please put some thought into it. -- Ashish.

1. One of the challenges you may (likely) face is in showcasing the impact of your work. For example "Automating several daily tasks, significantly improving efficiency and resource management" isn't strong. Some angles to strengthen it: (A) by what % did efficiency improve (acc. to which metrics, in what timeframe), (B) which daily tasks did you automate, (C) what was the end business impact, etc. Remember, the devil is in the detail. Details are key to communicate your business-impact both in CV and essays/ interviews.

2. It's crucial to have a strong narrative linking your work-ex, skill-sets picked up, post-MBA goals (i.e. target sector/ function/ geography), and how an MBA (and particularly ISB) fits in. Don't underestimate ISB's optional essay, as this angle is also important for interviews.

 Full-Time PGDM/ MBA: Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi

 Year of admission: 2017, Year of passing: 2019. 
 It was a 2 year full time PGDM. Specialisation: Marketing and Operations

 Work experience. Total work ex: ~5 years across multiple industries in Sales, Field Operations, Central Operations and Central Business
 
 Work ex 1: Oxfordcaps (Student housing startup): Designation - Sales Manager. Joined in October 2019 till Feb 21 till the company got shut down due to covid. I was tasked to build the B2B sales pipeline and overall business developement in South India. Responsible for commercial proposals, client service delivery & key account management, site visits and follow ups. Manpower estimation and team building, training & development and resource management. 
 Work ex 2: GoodWorker, A TEMASEK Entity (Blue-collar worker platform): Designation - State Head Operations. Joined in Feb 21 till July 22 till the company shut down due to funding winter in Indian startups. Started as a State Head for Delhi NCR and role got expanded as a Regional Head for North. Responsible for building and scaling end-to-end fulfilment of blue-collar jobs to over 15,000 monthly jobs within four months of joining & secured a total of 250,000+ jobs across various sectors during my tenure (Delivery, BPOs, Textile)
 
 Received Top Achiever Award for delivering 400x growth in fulfilment and 7x growth in the Vendor Channel over a span of two quarters leading to revenue growth from Top Logistics Clients. 
 Received Best Captain Award for managing Zonal fulfilment operations across Delhi, Punjab, J&K, and Rajasthan, leading a team of 15+ members & achieved ground-level sourcing targets and built the overall territory from the ground up.

Reduced Onboarding time from 7 days to under 12 hours, Go Live time from 36 days to 7 days, and Issue Resolution time from 2 days to under 2 hours. Successfully achieved an Account NPS of 75% within 8 months of operations, actively addressing detractors and achieving a 20% monthly reduction.

 Planning to prepare for GMAT for Round 2 applications in ISB and or other top institutes in India. Wanted to get a profile evaluation for the same.

Honestly, any profile evaluation looks very pre-mature in the absence of a GMAT score Divye.

Yours seems to be a largely Operations profile; you clearly do not seem to have pursued law as a profession. Also, you already have a MBA and so, you need to put some justification around the need for a second MBA.

Finally, I don't get any sense of your post-ISB goals. In any case, all these things can wait.

GMAT needs to be your topmost priority for now. See if you can get a 645+.
