Hey linhle96!
I applied to University of Alberta and they have the same KIRA interview.
There is a preparation time of 30-45 seconds. And then you are given 1-1.5 minutes to answer the question.
The first question is generally why did you apply to that school? Or why did you apply now at this point in your career?
So it would be a good idea to have this answer prepared in such a way that you can speak it in 1 or 1.5 minutes.
The other two questions I received were behavioural- tell us a time you made a mistake. And what do you tell yourself when you are disappointed or have self-doubt.
You should use the STAR approach here- situation (describe), task (what is your responsibility), action ( what did you do), result.
The last was a written question and I have given 5 minutes to answer it. It was- tell us a time you had to give credit to a team member. The time flies here so be careful.
Before you start the interview, they allow you to practice. You can record and see the video and improve.
I hope this helps! All the best!
