Hi all!
I’m lucky enough to have been admitted to a number of great programs and am now prepping to matriculate in the Fall. I was compiling a paper-trail for my ReVera verification process (I’m the co-founder of a small nonprofit, so my process will likely be more involved than just calling an HR rep), and I realized I made a small mistake in reporting my ending salary for a job I left in 2018.
I do not have pay stubs for this role on hand anymore, and when I applied, I listed my ending salary as $65,000; however, I recently found the offer letter for my promotion in my files, and it turns out my ending salary was actually $60,000. I just misremembered the exact amount in my application since it was from nearly 5 years ago. I’m not too concerned about a serious issue because of this, but I’m wondering whether I should preemptively reach out to the admissions office and let them know or if I should go ahead and wait for ReVera to do it’s thing and explain if it comes up then.
Any advice appreciated!
