The value of -3-(-10) is how much greater than the value of -10-(-3) ?

-3 - (-10) = 7;
-10 - (-3) = -7.
The difference is 7 - (-7) = 14.

D, I think, here's why:
-3 - - 10 = -3 +10 = 7 = A
-10 - - 3 = -10 +3 = -7 = B
the difference between A and B is
A - B = 7 - (-7) = 14
