Thanks for the post. While I want to know more information first, you should retake the GMAT regardless. You come from a competitive set, despite your demographics. A trader with a 3.89 should not have a 700 with a Wharton target. Contact me if you want to discuss GMAT approaches.
In terms of EC leadership, what do you do locally? You mention volunteer experience, but I would like to know more. Feel free to email me to discuss further, but you should retake the GMAT. In addition, I want to know how much of a transition the real estate move is. You ideally want to have started to pave the way for this move. This can be done in a number of ways.
