Here is the reply I received from them:
"Please note that official transcripts are not required until an applicant has been awarded an offer of admission to our program. So at this time, as long as you have included scanned copies of all of your official transcripts with your application, that will suffice to initiate the review of your application.
Please let me know if you have any questions."
