5 years is not mandatory. Atleast 2 years if experience is mandatory however the class' average experience is about 5 years. Please review the ISB website, everything is clearly mentioned.

Hi Charu

5 years of experience is not mandatory at all to apply to ISB. People apply to the PGP through the following routes with varying amount of experience:

-2 years to 0 years - YLP
0 years to 2 years - EEO
2 years to 5 years - regular PGP admissions process

Of the 905 students who were part of ISB's Class of 2017, 581 students (64% of the class) had less than 5 years of experience.
