Hi
I am looking to apply for the 2019 intake(to specific schools mentioned below) and have started working on my applications.
Please find below pointers on my profile :
1. 10th - 93%
2. 12th - 92%
3. Btech in Mathematics & Computing from DCE - 80.77%
4. GMAT - 740 (Quants 51, Verbal 39, IR 8, AWA 5)
5. 3 yrs of work experience in Business Analytics & Strategy - Paytm - Business Analytics, HSBC - Risk Strategy for the Middle East region and my current company is Oyo rooms which gives me a lot of learning towards driving things and leading analytics in different spheres. Have some achievements from my diverse work experience - for example runners up at the advanced analytics competition for HSBC Global Analytics Centre.
6. I was the VP for a technical fest at DCE and also have some volunteer experience(not alot though).
7. I had received the LN Birla scholarship for academic merit twice in my school days.
I am looking to apply to Insead which would sort of be the first college of my preference (Keeping in mind all variables leading to this preference) What kind of chances do I have this year or should I look at gaining more work experience and then applying?

The silhouette of your profile looks solid. Acads, GMAT, Work Ex, Extracurricular all look good and different from an average Indian applicant. You can read here to know more what to hihglight in your essays.
That said, not sure what your career goals are. This is going to be the most critical piece of your application. You can add to your research by reading here.
INSEAD will also need to see an international outlokk in your past experience and future goals. Not clear what other schools you are applying to, so tough to comment.
Key for you at this stage are 2 things- 1) Seamlessly link your past skills/experience with clear future goals that need an MBA and fit with ISB. 2) Complete the same on the limited time you have (usually it takes 5-10 weeks to build a strong application from scratch)
