Hi All,
I have MS in Chemical Engineering from USA. I have completed 5 years of working in Oil and Gas Industry in USA and 2 years of working in IT India. I am currently applying for Executive MBA in ISB, IIM's.
My recent GRE Score is 302. As the deadlines are approaching, I have no time to retake the exam again. Please let me know if the profile looks good to give a shot for this year's Executive MBA.

Although your chances depend on several factors other than the GRE- namely, Work ex, (achievements and career progress, not years and industry), past academic scores, Impact in extracurricular, Clarity and fit of career goals with ISB (read here and here).
However, 302 is too low for ISB/IIM vs their average GRE score which is ~325.
Potentially if you have stellar strengths in the factors mentioned above, you could compensate for the low score, but in the absence of such qualitative info I'd say retake and target a 320+ at least.
