Now isb has two different dates for gmat submissions..one was already over and the other is on Oct 15th. How will they go about selections? Ppl whose gmat is submitted by Sep 15th will have a different interview cycle is what they say. How does this work? Can ppl throw some light on this?

I, myself am a differed gmat applicant.
and as for your question: nothing has been announced yet. Even the dates for regular submitted applications are not out yet.
My best guess is the that the interview invites might roll out in early November.
