Hi. I have just started preparing for GMAT and not confident of giving the test before the round-1 deadline. Is it possible to re-apply during round-2 if I assume that I have attempted the GMAT before round-1 and expecting a better score in second attempt before round-2 ?

Did you mean apply in R1 and then again apply in R2? That's not possible. You can apply only in one of the rounds. If you do not get a good score apply only in R2.
I am 100% sure of ISB - you can apply only in one of the rounds.
I am looking at it from a schools perspective, why would they keep evaluating the same application in two rounds. It's best to write to the admissions and get a written email.
