18% of Sloan's 2020 class is from media/telecom/tech (compared to 21% consulting), and 42% are women - not sure that candidates similar to you demographically are as underrepresented as you think.
Overall, you're rather early in your career - you'll want to cite going above and beyond in your career thus far, otherwise that might give you the hardest time. Also, if you want to start a company post-MBA, why not start it today? What does an MBA give you that you don't already have, and are there better ways to get that experience other than b-school. I.e. why not join a tech studio, accelerator, etc.? Those are the things you should be able to answer in your application and your interview.
