Hey guys,
New here. I am considering applying for the LBS MFA program but am a bit unsure due to my undergrad GPA. I have a 3.2/4.0 from an ivy league school and a 740 GMAT. I also have previous summer IB experience at a small boutique in NYC as well as a M&A and strategy role in a multinational corporation that was acquired by apollo. Is the subpar GPA something that can be excused or will it immediately disqualify me from being admitted? I am also considering applying to LSE MSc in Finance and Accounting, and Imperial MSc Finance. Any advice or input would be much appreciated.

I don't think it should be an issue. Your GMAT score more than makes up for it. The work experience is also promising and relevant. I'd say worry less about the GPA but rather spend that time on your application. Strong chance!

I also think you profile looks quite strong and is competitive for an MFA at the LBS.
While 3.2 is not the best GPA, the fact that you have attended an Ivy league school is likely going to make up for that somewhat.
Imperial and especially LSE are not to bad for their finance classes either.
If you are interested in a very quant focused finance class, Oxford Said also offer some nice classes in that regard.
