Hi everyone!
I would love to get into the Fellows program. I have ca. 6 years work experience after my bachelor, but worked ca. 4 years in marketing and graphic design before my bachelor. Will those pre-bachelor years be taken into account, if the rest of my profile is strong? (760 GMAT, interesting work experience to share with the class, I know where I want to go and how the Fellows program fits in...)
Also, how much of the work experience has to be leadership experience?

The Sloan Fellows website says this -
The MIT Sloan Fellows MBA Program is a one-year, full-time program geared towards mid-career professionals with 10+ years of work experience.
Your overall experience does seem to fit in. However, you might want to send an email to the admissions office to gain clarity if the pre-bachelor experience will count. Generally, for personal inquiries, the admissions officers ask to email the office.
