The GIAC MyStatus page still says my profile is incomplete. I submitted a GMAT Online test score in the 1st week of January itself but seems like it’s still not reflecting on the portal. Today, I got a mail from the school saying that my profile is incomplete and that they won't be releasing a decision on my application until this issue is resolved. Has anyone else faced this issue? I had checked with GMAC earlier and they mentioned that the score was sent to the school in the 1st week of Jan itself.
I fear if I will miss out on an opportunity because of some technical issues.

I guess you need to call the adcom and verify if your profile is incomplete because of the missing scores or something else?

You must email GIAC right away at [email protected]
I was facing the similar issue. I reported my GMAT scores in first week of December, but the score were not updated on GIAC up until 25th jan. I wrote to GIAC with my GMAT ID, Appointment ID and the date of reporting. You must mention your UT EID in the mail, else it will further delay the process.
