Hi,
Please evaluate my profile. 
GRE - 319
Age - 25
B.E from University of Mumbai CGPA - 8.53/10
Work ex - 3 year 
Working as a Consultant at Fractal Analytics where in I have worked across multiple domains like CPG/FMCG and Supply Chain,
I am also technically sound in Python, SQL, Machine Learning and got promoted last year and in my company's Top 10% performers.

Please evaluate my profile. Let me know if missed out on anything.

Your profile looks pretty good. Good academics, great work in analytics with a known name, and good professional performance. The only thing holding you back a bit is your GRE score. Try and use the time you have right now (the ISB app won't be open before June) to enhance that by 4+ points. That should make you an even better candidate.

You do have a competitive profile if you are able to work on your GRE score. I am also missing out on your post-MBA goals, your stories of impact from professional space and any EC and Volunteering activities, for better evaluation of your candidacy.

While your profile is well-suited to ISB, we suggest that you improve your GRE by a few points to move closer to the average score at ISB. The good thing is that there is still plenty of time before the Round 1 applications for one to balance this as well along with the essay work.

Hello MananShah070296 , Your CGPA and GRE look solid, as does your work experience. With a 319 GRE, schools in the 10-20 range are good. If you want to aim for T10, then raising your score is important. What are your post-MBA goals and do you have any extracurricular activities that you can list?
