Let the radius of Circle B = x, then diameter of Circle A = 8x (hence radius = 4x)
Area of Circle A = \(\pi*16x^2\)
Area of Circle B = \(\pi*x^2\)
\(\frac{Area of Circle A}{Area of Circle B}\) = \(\frac{\pi*16x^2}{\pi*x^2}\) = \(\frac{16}{1}\)
Only 4\(\pi\) & 64\(\pi\) are in this ratio. So,
Area of Circle A = \(64\pi\)
Area of Circle B = \(4\pi\)
Area of Circle A = \(\pi*16x^2\)
Area of Circle B = \(\pi*x^2\)
\(\frac{Area of Circle A}{Area of Circle B}\) = \(\frac{\pi*16x^2}{\pi*x^2}\) = \(\frac{16}{1}\)
