In the world of science, error is the difference in the measured value and the expected true value. The value of the error percentage is given by \(|\frac{expected \ \ true \ \ value \ \ - \ \ measured \ \ value}{expected \ \ true \ \ value}|*100\).
In one such experiment, the measured value was 120 units and the error percentage was 20%.

I have a doubt about the minimum value, is it because you are evaluating both +/- error percentage?
so if ETV = 100 --> (100-120)/100 * 100 = -20
and if ETV = 150 --> (150-120)/150 * 100 = 20
so if ETV = 100 --> (100-120)/100 * 100 = -20
and if ETV = 150 --> (150-120)/150 * 100 = 20

The error % is |(True-measured)/True|*100.
Now, the measured value is 120 and error % is 20%.
Minimum True value: When 120 is upper end of the error, that is20%, so 120% of true value = 120 or true value = 100.
Maximum True value: When 120 is at the lower end of the error, that is20%, so 80% of true value = 120 or true value = 150.
