i.e. Ayesha has higher base salary than that of Nomaan hence

Base salary of 
Ayesha = 45000*(100/10) = 4,50,000
Bilal = 70000*(100/20) = 3,50,000
Nomaan = 40000*(100/10) = 4,00,000
 Sakeena = 90000*(100/30) = 3,00,000 
Usman = 65000*(100/20) = 3,25,000
Zainab = 35000*(100/10) = 3,50,000

i.e. Sakeena has the lowest Base salary and bonus amount for Sakeena is 90,000 which is highest i.e.
 YES

Employee with lowest bonus is Zainab with bonus amount 35,000
Zainab and Bilal both hae same base salary as found above hence

The bolded portion is an indication that we would need to calculate the base salary of every employee.

How to calculate this?

Let's take an example.

45k = 10/100 * BS

BS = (45/10) x 10^5.
 
Let's quickly calculate the base salaries.

All base salaries are calculated value x 10^5.

A: 45/10 = 4.5
B: 70/20 = 3.5 
 N: 40/10 = 4.0
S: 90/30 = 3.0
U: 65/20 = 3.25
Z: 35/10 = 3.5

S1: The Employee with the highest base salary has the lowest performance rating.

- Employee with the highest base salary -> A
- Does A have the lowest performance rating? No. N has lower (2 stars)
- Answer: No

S2: The employee with the lowest base salary has the highest bonus in rupees.

- Employee with the lowest base salary -> S
- Does S have the highest bonus? Yes (Rs. 90000 - highest)
- Answer: Yes
 
 S3:    The employee with the lowest bonus in rupees has the same base salary as one of the other employees.

- Employee with the lowest bonus -> Z
- What is Z's base salary? -> 3.5 x 10^5
- Does anyone else have the same base salary? Yes (B).
- Answer: Yes.

Overall:  No; Yes; Yes.

Though i did this question correct, it took me 6.33minutes to find the actual salary of every employee. How can i do this faster? Am i making any silly mistake here?

My approach was to find the base salary for all 5 employees first and then find the ans.

This question shouldn’t even take three minutes. It should take about one or two minutes at most. All you need to do is find the base salaries of the six people, which is straightforward from the bonus amounts and the given percentages. For example, if the bonus is 45,000 and that’s 10%, then the base is 45 * 10. If it’s 20%, multiply by 5. If it’s 30%, divide by 0.3 (≈ multiply by 3.3). If it’s 10% again, multiply by 10, and so on. Once you’ve worked out the six base salaries, answering the three statements is very quick. It’s honestly one of the easiest TPA questions you’ll see on the exam.
