IMO difficult to paraphrase. But i will try.

Statement 1 - Suppose there are 100 visitors who did not go to lions cage. So according to statement 1 25 of them are males and 75 are females who did not visit the cage. Not sufficient overall.

Statement 2 -Suppose there are 100 visitors who did go to lions cage. So according to statement 75 of them are females and 25 are males who did go to the cage. Not sufficient overall.

Statement 1 and 2 in total gives total percentage of females 150/200 which is 75%. C is the answer IMO.

Hi,
Say 100 visitors went to see the lions cage and 25 of them will be females in that case and 75 males or children who visited.

Then total no of visitors is 200. Number of females 75 who did not go and 25 who did go to the cage. So number of females is 100. So 100/200 = 50%.

If my understanding is wrong can u pls send me message explaining the question. I am getting killed here.

the original Q 
 You got your answer correct because the % of females in both cases wer 75% so overall it turned out to be 75%.. 
Your answer was correct but you faultered in method by taking/ assuming number for both statement 1..

the modified statement II 
here the % of females in one case is 75% and in other case 25%..
You got 50% because you took people visiting lions cage to be 100 and people NOt visiting also to be 100..
 If you take them as 200 and 100 , the answer will be different.. 
 SO, in that CASE, answer will be E as we donot know the ratio of those visited and those who did not...
 
I specifically asked you this because I found your solution slightly incorrect if in a different scenario..
SO don't assume two VALUES separately for two statements

If we start filling the table we find that St1 and St2 are individually insufficient
 
Combining St1 and St2: Percentage = (0.75(x + y)/(x + y))*100 = 75%
