Very good one. It reminds me a question in OG 16.
Solution:
The numbers in the diagram can be only 6,7,8.
1) K+Z = 13 --> K=7 Z=6 or K=6, Z=7
in both cases it is clear that W & M must be 8 and so B must be 8 --> SUFF
2) Says that W & M must be 8 and so B must be 8 ---> SUFF
Therefore both statements are sufficient alone.

If w and m are 8, k and z must be 6 or 7, so you have The value of k, z, b. And so option b is sufficient.
