What is the value of integer n ?
(1) (n – 2)(n + 2) = 5
(2) n(n + 2) = 15

Given : is an integer
(1) (n – 2)(n + 2) = 5
=> 5 = 1* 5 Or -1 * -5
=> (n – 2)(n + 2) = 1*5 => n=3
=> (n – 2)(n + 2) = -5 * -1 => n =-3
2 values of n => Insufficient
(2) n(n + 2) = 15
=> 15 = 1*15 or 3*5 or -5 * -3 => 1*15 will not make sense here so lets check for other 2 values.
For n to be integer
=> n(n+2) =3*5 => n=3
=> n(n+2) = -5 * -3 => n= -5
2 values of n => Insufficient

n=+3 or -3 . Not definite . So insufficient.
Stmnt 2: n^2+2n-15=0;
n=+3 or n=-5 . Again not a feinite value for n; so insufficinet.
Combinin 1&2 n=+3; SO sufficient.
