What is the perimeter of the shape in the figure?
(1) All angles in the figure are right angles.
(2) t = 2

I think it should be E
A. Tells us that that all the angles in the shape are right angles. With that information, we only know the measure of the angles. We don't know any values of the sides.
B. Tells us that t=2. On its own, insufficient. From the figure we can't reasonably discern what the shape actually is and how to account for the other sides.
Both together: We know that all angles are 90 degrees, we also know that t=2. Seems sufficient? Nope! Remember that even rectangles have 90 degree angles, but the length and breadth will differ, in this case we only know one measure. We need the others to complete this puzzle. This too, is insufficient.
