Several Full-time MBA Programs (Duke/Virginia/UCLA/Columbia/NYU) accept the Executive Assessment score instead of the GMAT.
I have scored 163 (IR18, Q14, V11) and have 12 years of work experience (9 years in the Oil & Gas industry - Corp Finance and 3 years in my family business - processed food manufacturing & real estate).
12 years work experience - 9 years in London and 3 years in Pakistan
32 year old British-Pakistani from a non-traditional background
3.0 undergraduate GPA from a British university
Manage two businesses with 150-200 employees
Run a small charitable organisation focusing on education and vocational training for women
Will I be at any disadvantage while applying to B-Schools with the EA that I'm not thinking of?
There is very little information available online.

One of the most overlooked opportunities for applicants is to not approach schools with critical questions that can significantly impact their application. It is advisable to discuss your situation with a member of the admissions committee to show your interest and get a candid reaction to your profile and your decision to apply to EA.
At first glance, your profile appears solid, and your EA performance is decent. However, schools may occasionally wonder why an applicant interested in pursuing a full-time MBA program would choose not to take the GMAT. Writing to the Adcoms or speaking with an adcom member can help assuage concerns and apply confidently. Needless to say, make use of the optional essay to address your choice of exam.

I think with EA you are giving AdCom a potentially more reasons to say you have 12 years and you took EA, why don't you go for EMBA, which is not a bad option by the way. At the same time, if they like what they see, the EA provides them a way to basically admit you without affecting their averages but they have to like and see energy, progression, and upward movement. Your story should be exciting as though you are on a brink of a missive discovery or release. Otherwise, with 12 years of work experience you are 2x the average and their big concern will be - how will this person find a job after graduation... which if you are not planning to seek employment and planning to stay in Fam Business or have a place to go, I would very clearly advertise in your app.
