Hello Mate,

sorry to hear about the disheartening first experience.

Given your limited timeframe for the second try, I would advise keeping your prep as consistent as you can.
The two resources you are currently using for preparation are high quality, thus you have the tool now you just gotta invest the time to make maximum use out of them.

Best of luck my friend,
Chris

Hi!
It will be good know what background of education you have ?
Is it maths oriented or is it english oriented?

Secondly, you can work out improvement plans in 2 steps.
Say for 650 , Q45/ V35 is required.
Then, in frst month of study aim at covering 3/4th of the syllabus and mastery at recurrent topucs of maths and english. Aim at scoring around 560-580 range in a mock exam Q40 / V28 .
Then in second month , cover remaning 30% course- say hard topics according to you. Revise continously and go at 630-650 .
In last 3 weeks or so, give mocks in similar conditions of actual gmat.

Remember Official guide and GMATprep all 6 exams are quite close to actual gmat.
Solve them religiously, know thecreasoning behind bith correct n wrong answer choices of yours.
600 score will feel easy.

I have a few notes on imp topics of verbal n quants which helped me a lot to mould my thought process to correct answers.
You should make notes too.

Hi Anjali_SH,

I sent you a DM so we could chat further to determine what exactly is happening with your GMAT score. Also, I see that you have been studying on and off for about a year, so it seems likely that you did not complete the Target Test Prep course. Remember, in order to truly improve your GMAT quant skills, you MUST complete the TTP course. If you do so, you will be able to master GMAT quant and kick the pants off the GMAT on test day.

Please respond to my DM, and we’ll hop on a call to diagnose exactly what is going on.

I look forward to chatting further.
