I think I can. I got 760 and 750 on mba.com tests. I think I can score even more but you know that small portion is always about luck and deviation. But they told me that 760 and 740 for example are the same for b-schools. That does not make difference. Maybe TOEFL will help me.

You will most likely not need to take the exam again. Your V40 is a very good score, and should be enough to convince your target programs that your AWA score can be overlooked (even if you got a score less than 4). That said, I'd take the GMAT again if I were you. Do you think you have the time for a retake?
Also, reach out to your target programs and ask them what they think about an AWA score of 2 or 3 (or whatever score you got). Mention your total and sectional scores, and mention that you don't consider your AWA score a true reflection of your abilities.
