First off, a 680/Q50 is a fantastic Score, so you can comfortably apply to all of the Schools that you listed. As such, a retest might not be necessary. You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

Congrats on a Good score. I think you can easily get into the targeted school with this score.
Your Profile is also good. For Scholarship, may be you need above 700.
