i took my gmat on friday, and got an email which said "We are writing to inform you that your GMAT™ exam 2******8 on January 20, 2023 is undergoing a review that may take up to 20 business days. Once this review is completed you will be notified via email."
How long does this review typically take? I need my score report urgently as I can't apply without my essay grade. The only issue I can think of was my webcam was very small so it was easy to move out of frame when I was writing, but as I couldnt see what my webcam was capturing, it was mostly my proctor telling me to move backwards/rightwards/etc.
I was able to get 710, but im contemplating just retaking it if its going to take up to a whole month for the review.

Hi,
As a practice, GMAT Online scores above 700 are bound to get under review. 20 business days is the max period of scores, however, we generally get the official score within 10-12 days, unless something unfortunate happens.
Pls refer this link for another recent GMAT taker who faced similar situation.

getting such an email especially in at home format & 700+ score is common.
you just have to wait nothing else..
