Please let me know if you ended up using GMAT Hacks Math Bible by Jeff Sackmann. I'm seriously considering buying that but would really like to hear from someone who's used that book before I buy it.

That's for the links! I found the descriptions/reviews helpful. I think I'm probably going to go for it.

Thanks for your help!

I just got this book recently, mostly out of curiosity, and it looks really impressive so far. I haven't read enough to give an accurate assessment, but the table of contents covers every topic tested on the GMAT, including Probability, Combinations, Permutations, Functions, Symbolism, and Sequences.

Same here, I think the pdf guide covers all the types of questions tested on GMAT but again not enough practice questions, which you have to buy separately for >$200.

@Avernusaur and megafan:

Thanks for the table of contents and the overview!

Yeah, GMAT Hacks sells the practice questions separately. It's $249 for the practice questions which I find quite expensive. I think I'll probably just go for the Math Bible.

Recommend the Math Bible, you can read my tale here:

690-q39-v45-surprised-likely-retake-73916.html

I bought the questions but never got to them. I just worked the exercises in the GMHMB and then the OG for my retake. I had done the MGMAT study guides first.

Here's what scorcho had to say about Math Bible
Quote:
The other thing I spent time on was I Jeff Sackmann's GMAT Math Bible. [1] It's not as detailed as the MGMAT SG's, but it was new content to me and it felt like decent practice. After all is said and done, I'm not sure what the right content really is to prepare, but I did consume a lot of it from a lot of sources. I didn't do any more Challenges here this time around.
