Hi, I'm a no native speaker civil engineer, here are my scores so far:
530 Q43 V21
550
570 Q46 V23
The problem is that in all the practice test I have been steadily scoring over 650
Manhattan GMAT
CAT1 Q41 V32 600
CAT2 Q43 V35 640
CAT3 Q47 V34 670
CAT4 Q47 V34 670
CAT5 Q47 V34 670
CAT6 Q44 V34 640
I also take the Kaplan course (which didn't help a lot, because it's mainly focused on math)
I wasn't nervous during the exam!
I don't know how to improve on verbal. I started with English just two years ago and I feel that I have to guess to much on RC and CR because my lack of vocabulary. In SC I rely on my ear and what I have learn during this time, but I don't have the background on grammar.
I'm sure I can improve even more on Math but I'm not sure on how to attack the verbal part the most efficient way.
Any suggestions???

SC - you cannot trust your ear for SC except for may be IDIOMS.
Ex: 10 items or less - you see this expression everywhere but its gramatically wrong. You need to go through manhattan SC book and understand each and every option in SC questions in OG - understand i mean you need to know why the wrong answers are wrong.
And improving vocabulary - you go to read some english fiction, columns etc and this would take time and depends
