I'm not sure if it's a wise decision, unless you have heard of success stories

From what I know, if you do apply quickly, they will bring this question up and you can face another rejection on the spot hurting your future case

You don't need an attorney to contest the rejection, but definitely they can guide you better on the next steps

People generally get through in the 2nd try provided everything is proper

Second try sure, but was it in quick succession or next admit cycle?

Because getting another rejection will definitely be daunting
