Now let me tell how it works - if you track your CEAC portal, they open your case 2-3 days before your interview and check everything to see your social media, IP addresses or anything unusual and they mark it. Some considerate VO may ignore your weaknesses if your appearance & confidence is there. But in future I think they will mandate the policy of not taking help of agents. I think this system has got broken because of Agents & they should blacklist all the agents & charge them. Most of the people in my uni are not able to get a slot - this is because many agents are rigging the system on daily basis.
