The AWA score is not a huge concern. Did you need to take the TOEFl or did you qualify for an exemption? If you do not need to or did well on the exam, you should be more than fine. That and well-scripted essays should allay concerns about your ability to communicate and write in English.
When are you applying? If you have time, it doesn't hurt to take the exam. Perhaps having already gone through the exam procedure once (and know what to expect), you'll be much more relaxed a second time. You may even score higher on the verbal section. I am assuming your quant skills are stellar and you can easily replicate that terrific score.
