Same here. I am in some sort of trance, especially after not receiving an invite from HBS yesterday. I hope Wharton makes up for it and carries me through till next wednesday.

Although, I suppose Wharton interviews more applicants since chances of admit after Wharton interview are about 48% vs 60%+ for HBS. This implies that chances of getting interview invites are higher.

Here's a quote from Ankur's online statement:
"Beginning this year, Wharton will take candidate interviews 'in house,' with student Admissions Fellows and admissions committee members now conducting all candidate interviews."

I think they could set few more "hub" cities for Europe. I'm from Eastern Europe and just can't imagine going all over to London for an interview.... I have to get a visa, book a flight, hotel. All in less then 3 weeks. Plus I have to take at least 4 days off from work and that is next to impossible! That almost sounds as if I don't want to get an interview invitation LOL!

My heart skips a beat whenever I get an e-mail notification! Has anyone received an invitation? I know we are supposed to get them after 4PM Boston time. I'm just asking, maybe someone special is already invited?

So is there a specific time today that the interview invitations are supposed to be released? Someone said 12 hours from 4:30am EST, so I would assume around 4:30pm EST (I'm in NY)? Thanks in advance for any info.

In the chat they said that they are accomodating to extenuating circumstances which dont allow you to travel - but you can ask them if they are willing to make an exception for you or not - once you get the invite that is!
