IMHO we can not calculate the area of parallelogram using diagonals.
The only thing w know for sure is that the diagonals bisect each other.
But, I think the area will depend on the angle at which they bisect.

COmbining the two statements
The length of two diagonals is not sufficient to calculate the area of the parallelogram because the angle between th etwo diagonal is still a variable hence area will have no unique value hence
NOT SUFFICIENT
Answer: option E
