12.5%=125/1000
=(5^3)/(2^3*5^3)
=1/8

Hence answer is D.

If 100% = 1
then, 50% = 1/2
25% = 1/4
12.5% = 1/8

12.5% = 12.5/100 = 125/1000 = 25/200 = 1/8

Technically you should know this by heart.
But if you don't then

12.5%=12.5/100=125/1000=1/8
