C)41 as find the closest perfect square first which is 900, ie. The square of 30. Now check 31x31 which is 961. Therefore 961 is nearest to 920 in terms of being a greater number which is also a perfect square. Thus 41 is the correct answer.

961,number next to the square of 30 (900) will be 31*31=961.
Answer should be 961-920 =41
