1. If the circle passes through both (5,0) and (-5,0) and has its center at origin,
the diameter should be 10. Hence the maximum possible radius would be 5.
Clearly sufficient.
2. If the circle passes through (0,5) and has its origin at center, the radius would be 5.
Hence, sufficient(Option D)

Edited the question. Centre is not fixed now.

You need atleast 3 different points to identify a unique circle. So C.

Three unique points are need for a circle. Therefore, combing both statements works. --> C
