target find sum of 4 consecutive odd integers
which can be written in form x-4,x-2,x,x+2,x+4
we get sum of odd integers as two forms ; 4x+4 and 4x-4

Sum of the four integers < 350
here value of x can be 1,3,5,7 , 11,... so on insufficient

Sum of the four integers when divided by 10 becomes a perfect square
or say
4x+4/10 ; 2x+2/5 is perfect square which is possible when x= 39 ; insufficient
and 4x-4/10 ; 2x-2/5 is perfect square at x= 11 ;
we dont get 1 single value of x ; insufficient
from 1 &2
we see at x= 11,39 we get our sum value less than 350 insufficient
